Cancellation Policy

Clear, fair, and the same for everyone. We'd rather tell you up front than have a surprise at refund time.

Your deposit

Non-refundable. The $1,900 deposit holds your seat and covers materials we order ahead of class.

If you've paid in full

Cancel 30+ days before class for a $1,900 refund. Your deposit is non-refundable, so we return the remaining balance. Within 30 days of class, payments are non-refundable.

Transfers

Your seat is transferable. If you can't make it, your seat can be given to another person — just let us know who's coming in your place at least 48 hours before Day 1.

A few things worth knowing

  • Our class is capped at six students. When you reserve a seat, we stop taking new registrations for that spot — which is why refund timing matters.
  • The deposit (first $1,900 of a two-payment plan) is non-refundable. The balance ($1,900) is due 30 days before class and is refundable up until then. If we haven't received the balance by that date, we'll reach out before releasing the seat.
  • If we need to cancel the class (we never have, but life happens — weather, illness, anything we can't control), every student receives a full refund or a guaranteed seat in the next session, whichever they prefer.
  • Plans change. If you're unsure about timing, reach out before paying — we'd rather have an honest conversation than a refund request.
